What is the Personal Mailbox for?
A UK mailing address for personal use — mail receipt and sorting, a secure online portal and digital scanning. It is not for registered office or business trading use; for those, see the Business Address or Registered Office plans.
How does scanning and forwarding work?
Incoming mail is logged and scanned to your secure portal. The first page of a scan is included; additional pages use a simple credits system, and unused credits last 12 months. Physical items can be forwarded on request.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. ID verification is required for every customer under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. It takes about two minutes during signup.
What does it cost and can I cancel?
£150 per year excluding VAT — a £114 activation fee plus a £36 service fee. The activation fee is non-refundable once your account is set up; the service fee is refunded pro-rata for the unused part of the year.
