These Terms govern the provision of mail receiving, opening/scanning, storage and forwarding services by Forward My Mail Ltd.
1. Parties
"FMM" means Forward My Mail Ltd, 8a Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6PS, United Kingdom (Company No. 16912540).
2. Service Description
You appoint FMM as your agent to receive mail and authorise us to open and scan mail for processing and forwarding.
3. Your Obligations
Do not send Prohibited Items. You are responsible for customs declarations, duties and taxes.
4. Prohibited Items
You must comply with legal restrictions on dangerous goods, weapons, controlled drugs, cash, and illegal items.
5. KYC/AML Controls
An account is not active until payment is received and all KYC/AML checks are completed.
6. Handling & Delivery
Risk passes when items are delivered to the Carrier or collected by you. Delivery dates are estimates.
7. Fees & Storage
You agree to pay Service fees and shipping charges. All fees exclude VAT. For inactive accounts, we may hold mail for 14 days then return or store for a fee.
8. Liability & Limits
Consumer rights: Nothing limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability cap: FMM's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of £100 or 100% of fees paid.
Non-excludable: Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, negligence or fraud.
9. Your Indemnities
You indemnify us from losses arising from your breach or misuse. For Consumers this applies only to losses caused by your fault.
10. Data Protection
FMM is a controller of personal data you provide. See our Privacy Notice for details.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms or amounts are overdue.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes.
13. Consumer Information
Consumers purchasing online may have a 14-day cooling-off period.
14. Complaints
We aim to resolve complaints internally. If we cannot, we will provide details of an approved ADR provider.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
